As a business and finance consultant Matura provides support to Micro, small and medium enterprises who are in partnership with Equity Foundation and Master Card Foundation by monitoring, coaching, offering customized business advisory services and making follow ups.

Matura has over 17years experience in Finance and Human Resource Management having worked both in the Non-Governmental Organizations and Private Partnership Financial Institutions. While at Mainyoito Pastoralist Integrated Development Organization (MPIDO), an NGO dealing with the pastoralist communities, Matura worked as a Finance Manager for 9 years and was very instrumental in Fundraising, Resource Mobilization and Donor Fund Management.
