Maclean Sitati is seasoned governance expert having worked in several portfolios. He has a wealth of experience having worked as a constituency manager at Tongaren Parliamentary Service Commission. He also served as a nominated Councillor Kimilili Municipal council-Electoral Commission of Kenya.

Sitati has a Masters of Arts in Governance and Ethics from Mt. Kenya University and Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Governance from the same University.

He brings a wealth of experience in public administration and governance to the Board having worked as the chairperson town planning and environment in Kimilili Municipal Council as well as chairperson finance and general-purpose committee.
