Standard of Service
Audit reports are acknowledged within one week of submission to NEMA. The reports are reviewed and communicated to the customer within three months.
Cost of Service
There is no lodgment fee for environmental audits. However, the cost of offering this service is under review.
Customer Obligation
Facilities are required to submit an annual environmental audit report by 31st December. Customers who opt to undertake self audits should provide accurate information. In addition, facilities are required to comply with previous improvement orders issued by NEMA.
