Caution on Impersonation

The National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) cautions the general public to be alert to individuals impersonating NEMA officers. These impostors pose as environmental inspectors and solicit money in exchange for services that NEMA provides free of charge.

NEMA urges members of the public to remain vigilant and report any suspected cases of impersonation or environmental violations immediately. You can verify the names of NEMA officers in your county by visiting our website: www.nema.go.ke under the “County Offices” section.
