Sheila Chepkorir Kosgei is an entrepreneur with business interests in agriculture, retail and hospitality. She has extensive experience in business management, strategic leadership and enterprise development, with a strong commitment to sustainable growth and community empowerment.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Moi University and previously worked in administration and human resource management in both the public and private sectors before transitioning into full-time entrepreneurship.

Ms. Kosgei has private-sector, sound governance experience with a passion for sustainable development and responsible management of Kenya’s natural resources.
