Dr. Kipkiror is an Environmental Consultant, Lead Expert/Auditor in environmental/Social Impact Assessment, a specialist in Climate Change, a Community Leader, Peace Crusader, Lead member of the Environment Institute of Kenya (EIK) and Auditor in Quality Management Systems (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015. She is a Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Studies from the University of Eldoret (UoE), Masters in Environmental Studies from Moi University (MU) and Bachelor of Education from the University of Nairobi (UoN).

Dr. Kipkiror possesses a decade of experience in public service, academia, research and corporate affairs; having served in several Boards across Kenya’s economy, including National Construction Authority (NCA) and Kerio Valley Technical Institute (KVTTI).

She currently serves as a Director at the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA)-chairing the Environmental Management, Conservation and Technical Committee of the Board where she oversees environmental impact assessments, audits and compliance frameworks.

She has several books and publications in peer reviewed journals to her name, with a wide array of professional interests in environmental management, geospatial technologies, governance and policy matters.
