Hon. Wafula Mutacho is a career soldier having worked in the Armed Forces for eighteen years, trained as a Combatant Engineer from the School of Combat Engineers, also trained as an Investigator from the School of Military Police, leading an investigative department.
Hon. Mutacho has participated in UN Peace Missions and was awarded several UN Medals in Peace Keeping.
Hon. Mutacho holds a B.A. in Security Management & Leadership from the University of San Juan La Cruz, Costa Rica; a B.A. in Business Management from Kenya Highlands University; and a Professional Diploma in Security Management from Cambridge University (UK). He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in completion stage.
Hon. Mutacho has contested for the parliamentary seat in Saboti Constituency and is currently a consultant in the international war model, a seasoned politician, and a father.
